Hi, I'm trying to use the switch model in analogLib to emulate a PMOS for an ideal inverter stage. When the switch is closed, the impedance is 1T Ohm and when it is open, it's 1m Ohm. This works in isolation with the following circuit. You can see in the ViVA plot that the impedance is 1T when the input voltage is 800 mV. When this switch is included in the inverter circuit with another switch (that's meant to emulate an NMOS), the impedance of the PMOS is fixed to 1m Ohm whereas the "NMOS" is switching as expected. Does anyone know why it ceases to work in this schematic?
