I agree with Andrew. You need to contact Customer Support and file an enhancement CCR. You can specify an impedance (resistance and reactance parameters) in the port. It is not frequency dependent. From Spectre Circuit Simulator and Accelerated Parallel Simulator RF Analysis in ADE Explorer User Guide -- 8 - Terminating the Port Resistance The reference resistance of the system. The value must be a real number, but not 0. The default value is 50 ohms. This applies for all analyses. Note that the resistance and reactance can be set individually for each harmonic in harmonic balance large-signal analyses only. For more information, refer to Using the Harmonic Port with Harmonic Balance . Reactance The imaginary part of impedance is used for harmonic balance large and small-signal analyses, and for the ac, noise, xf, sens, stb, pz, and sp analyses. The reactance is not used for the dc, transient, and shooting-based large and small-signal analyses. The value must be a real number. The default is zero ohms. Note that the resistance and reactance can be set individually for each harmonic in harmonic balance large-signal analyses only. For more information, refer to Using the Harmonic Port with Harmonic Balance .
