Well not sure whats up. Try this method because I know it works on my end. Go to the top of your screen from the pull down menu- hit "Add/"Line.. In the option menu set line width to 2mm and line font to solid. Add you line to the NC layer as mention earlier. Next- from the Export pull down hit NC Route. Then before you hit ok to output hit Parameters to check the output settings. Mine is set to"Format 2 5 , absolute and Metric. and that should work for you. if not well, we are both stumped then.
