This depends a bit on where you are in the world - if you are in a European University you can contact EuroPractice for support (if under their scheme). Most of the rest of the world has a University Program where each university site can list up to 3 contacts that receive Cadence Online Support accounts, and you can channel the support through those contacts - it's usually somebody at the university who leads the program. Those people can also request "COS Lite" accounts which allow read-access to the support sites. If you're not sure who the contact is, perhaps you could contact universityprogram@cadence.com to find the right person for your institution. At this stage I'm not sure what the problem might be - I'd have to see it to have some ideas how to debug - which is why I suggested support. Regards, Andrew.
