I suggest you contact customer support. I can't think of any particular generic reason why something this commonly used would fail in this way. There are a lot of variable factors that might have an influence, such as (and this is not exhaustive) The IC tool sub-version The simulator used and sub-version used The output format Whether the data is marked as saved or not Whether you're sweeping something Debugging this in the forum is not very easy and the best solution would be to contact customer support , so I'd recommend you do that.
