Thanks! I did search through the explorer user manual and the Viva user manual, but somehow missed this. I don't know if you remember when Wavescan replaced AWD? Well it was horrible. Viva does seem much nicer in its current form, than Wavescan ever was. Again, thanks for the information, that will make life easier, I can only assume by happenstance that explorer was set to append the other day, and replace yesterday, hence the problems!
