Hello, I am using Cadence Virtuoso IC6.1.5-64 bit and ADE Spectre Version 11.1 2012 I am trying to plot different operating point components of the MOS transistor (gm, region, vth,...etc). In my simple simulation test, I am connecting one NMOS transistor with a fixed VDS and sweeping the VGS. I need to record the drain current gm and region. For the current I could plot it by choosing the output from the schematic and then probe the drain point terminal, no problem of simulating it. To plot the gm and region , from the output setup in the ADE I select open calculator, in calculator I tick the op (represent the operating point), then it shows me to touch the concerned instance, after that the op list will be updated and I can choose from the list the parameter I want then tell him to get the expression. Now I have all the interesting components in my ADE output. The problem when I do the DC sweep of VGS the simulator only plot for me the drain current, while the other values I selected for my operating point are not drawn rather the simulator gives me only one value as a number in the ADE output table. To get a plot I do a trick by sweeping the VGS from parametric analyses (not by sweeping DC value from DC simulation setup in ADE) but this takes considerable large time, the result then comes as shown below. My question how to get the plot from DC sweep rather than from parametric analyses Thank you for your help
