It's a shame you didn't mention that at the beginning. What you need to do is modify the technology data for Calibre xRC, which as you pointed out is a Mentor Graphics tool (not Cadence). Because of that, your question would be better posed on a Mentor Graphics forum; whilst it's possible somebody here can answer it, it's more likely in a forum for the tool in question.
