I don't do any logos/symbols as text objects, but as shapes. Then I know the font is going to be correct. I prepare a DXF file from whatever format I have in Inkscape - convert everything to paths and flatten all Bezier curves before export. When exporting leave lwpolyline checked, don't check robomaster (not sure that's important, but it's what I do). Not sure what software you have available for this, but Inkscape is free. Then I import it into to a mechanical symbol (to a dummy layer). I use Edit>Z-copy for "simple" shapes (no holes) and Shape>Compose for shapes with holes (select both the inner and outer curves at the same time). In your case you would need to have a larger shape (probably rectangle or circle is easiest) around the text in the mechanical symbol, and a corresponding large hole in your pour (but slightly smaller, so there's overlap around the edges). There are probably other ways... but that's how I do it.
