Properties which are manually added on schematic components, can be added under Report Properties in Select properties section manually on top and then can be added in Output format. For ex: I added manually test named property with value cad123 and I can add it in Select properties section as shown below: Now if I click on OK, it adds this property in Standard CIS BOM: Let me know if it helps.
