Yogesh, In the original PDK, the technology library tsmc35mm would have contained a libInit.il file which loaded some SKILL and context files (usually positioned within the library or in a directory relative to the library). You should ensure that your converted tsmc35mm library has the libInit.il and all the files needed to be loaded are in the same relative positions. What's going on here is that it can't find the SKILL functions used either for the callbacks or the pcell code - probably because you've not set that up properly.
